Rapper Chinx was shot and killed in a drive-by shooting this morning.
The 31-year-old rapper was a member of French Montana‘s Coke Boys.
“Chinx was one of the most talented, professional and determined rappers this industry had to offer,” Chinx’s representative Chanel Rae wrote in a statement. “Further more, he was a friend.”
According to reports, police found the rapper and a second victim inside a car at around 4 a.m. on Sunday.
Police responded to a 911 call in Briarwood around 4 a.m., where they found the two victims in a Porsche on Queens Boulevard and 84th Drive. Pickens was transported to Jamaica Medical Center with gunshot wounds to his torso, where he was pronounced dead.
It has been rumored in recent weeks that Chinx was dating Khloe Kardashian’s BFF Malika Haqq.
So sad. RIP Chinx.
