On Tuesday, the producer and screenwriter, 47, shared a photo of herself, Ellen Pompeo, Debbie Allen and Jesse Williams kneeling with their hands over their hearts.

“And we took a knee in solidarity of racial injustice,” she captioned the snap, which was taken at the cast’s 300th episode party.

Pompeo shared her own photo with the caption, “We kneel because we are supposed to be one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”

Williams, who recently reached a temporary child and spousal support agreement with his estranged wife, captioned his own photo, “Wherever I go, I’m me. This life, is a ‘we’ thing.”
