Rob Kardashian made headlines this morning when a picture made its way around the internet showing a much larger Rob than we remembered.

He took to Instagram to respond to the criticism by uploading the above picture with the caption:

This is what fat boy now has to eat for breakfast today. So much fun! Lol. Cardio time!

At least he’s taking the criticism with good humor!
