“Baywatch” star Pam Anderson is cutting ties with America and moving to Canada.
NY Post spoke to the actress who revealed her plans to relocate.
The actress recently listed the 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 5,500 sq. ft. for $14.9 million. She originally purchased the plot of land for $1.8 million in 2000. Pam built her home from the ground up.
Pam told the outlet, “Many sexy, fun times were had here.” The property listing touts the “Chic design & modern elegance unite in this Malibu Colony home designed by architect Philip Vertoch & interior designer Josh Chryssanthou & Pamela Anderson.”
It also comes with, “An extra-wide pivoting glass door opens into a 1st level great room w/ fireplace living room, family/media area & a gourmet island kitchen w/slab stone counters & custom cabinetry. Glass pocket doors open to huge outdoor dining/lounging wood deck that flows to a resort-style pool/spa.”
Pam’s gorgeous home also includes, “A floating staircase of wood/glass ascends to the 2nd floor owner’s suit w/hidden wardrobe closets, corner fireplace, Picasso-style tub, & glass shower w/access to a dry sauna. Pocket doors open to a private balcony w/steps to a 2nd wood deck w/fireplace & ocean views.”
Pam, who is a Canadian American, is still fighting for WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange’s release. The two have had a close relationship for several years. Pam is one of his biggest public defenders.
He is currently fighting extradition to the United States on espionage charges. He’s facing a maximum sentence of 175 years in prison.
She spoke about the case, “I am a proud dual citizen and believe strongly that America, of all places, will do right by Julian.” Pam added, “He is a hero.”
Anderson’s move comes more than two months after she wed Hayhurst in an intimate ceremony on the grounds of her Canadian home. Since her wedding, Anderson has logged off social media, saying in her final Instagram post that she is “settled into the life. I’m genuinely inspired by reading and being in nature. I am free.” Good luck Pam.
