Oprah Winfrey did an interview with KIISS FM’s Kyle and Jackie O radio show — the same radio show where Rebel Wilson dismissed the Kardashians as ‘talentless’.
Well, Mama O disagrees and somewhat unexpectedly came to the family’s defense when asked her thoughts on the situation.
“I interviewed the Kardashians two years ago and I couldn’t believe how hard they work,” said Oprah after hearing Rebel’s criticism.
“People don’t understand, people think that if a television camera is following you then that’s just easy. But to really create a reality series that looks like something is actually happening, it means you have to be on all the time,” she continued.
“I went there to film them as a family and I couldn’t believe how hard they work,” Oprah said, adding that the Kardashians planned to continue filming for another seven hours after already putting in a whole day in front of the camera with her.
“No matter who you are, that is work.”
