The show is untitled and will cover topical subjects. It will also feature pop culture commentary, celebrity interviews, music performances and comedy acts.
Cannon, who quit hosting “America’s Got Talent” in 2017, is partnering with “The Talking Dead” executive producer Michael Davies for the series.
The Fox deal also puts Mariah Carey’s ex-husband as the host of their upcoming competition series “The Masked Singer.”
The funnyman and father of two will also join forces with Davies to create content for social media platforms for the network.
A premiere date for the talk show has not been announced.
