Snow White and the Huntsman far exceeded industry predictions and came out on top of this week’s box office, raking in a whopping $56.3 million dollars. Men In Black 3 did fairly well in its second weekend, bringing in a modest $29.3 million.
Snow White marks the best debut for Kristen Stewart, and the second best debut for Charlize Theron. The film needs to hold steady before it reaches the $110 million it cost to make the film, but we think it won’t have any problem doing so.
Superhero action flick, The Avengers held in at a strong #3.
