It looks like NeNe Leakes isn’t as busy counting checks and reading scripts as she’d like us to think — because she had time to send Miss Kenya Moore a cease and desist letter!

Kenya shared the letter, received by Ms. Leakes’ camp basically warning Kenya to stop making defamatory statements against NeNe on her Bravo blog and via social media.

It reads:

“Mrs. Leakes has learned that you have engaged in making false, destructive, and defamatory statements,” the letter to Moore reads. “These statements have been made directly, by implication and innuendo during television broadcasts and through social media and the BravoTV blog. You are hereby directed to cease and desist making any and all false and defamatory statements, which are injurious to her character and reputation.”

“Your postings on BravoTV have been false, malicious and ostensibly made with the intent to cause damage to her reputation by exposing her to public hatred, contempt and ridicule, and injuring her in her trade and/or profession,” the letter continued. “Particularly, your statement was made with the intent to directly injure and defame Mrs. Leakes and the perception of her in the broadcast of The Real Housewives of Atlanta (RHOA), her brand as a member of the cast, and her brand in the entertainment and celebrity industry in general.”

Last we checked — telling someone ‘your clit has left your body‘ on national television sounds pretty defamatory to us.

Kenya posted the above letter, along with the caption:

“I guess this is @neneleakes way of saying happy birthday!” she captioned the Instagram, referencing her recent 44th birthday on Jan. 24. “#RHOA #HypocrisyAtItsBest #byegirl #SheTriedIt #SoNastySoRude.”

So nasty and so rude! After Kenya posted the photo, NeNe casually tweeted:

“The Thirst Is Real!” Leakes wrote. “They need me for press because they can’t get none.”

No, NeNe. The hypocrisy is real! Happy Birthday Kenya.
