Nelly is completely off the hook for allegedly raping a woman in Washington State earlier this year.
Prosecutors say the alleged victim refused to cooperate which made it impossible for authorities to charge Nelly with a crime.
After making the claims, the alleged victim’s attorney said that accusing Nelly of rape was too much to deal with in the media.
