Naya Rivera was arrested over Thanksgiving weekend for allegedly attacking her husband, Ryan Dorsey.
She has been charged with domestic battery.
The 30-year-old actress was busted after apparently attacking the Chesapeake native at a home during Thanksgiving weekend in Kanawha County, WSAZ-TV reported.
Deputies escorted Rivera into a Kanawha County magistrate court wearing a baggy hoodie and handcuffs. She was arraigned on the misdemeanor charge just after midnight.
Rivera is accused of hitting Dorsey in the head while the two were taking their 2-year-old son for a walk, according to the Huntington television station.
The judge mispronounced Rivera’s last name during the brief appearance. She quietly tried correcting him but gave up.
She was released on bond and picked up by her father-in-law, the station reported.
Rivera filed for divorce from the “Ray Donovan” actor in 2016 but called off their separation in October. The couple married in 2014 and have a 2-year-old son.
Rivera, 30, rose to fame as cheerleader Santana Lopez on the hit Fox series “Glee.”
They should just go ahead and get that divorce.
