Congratulations are in order for Monica, 32, and husband Phoenix Suns player Shannon Brown, 27. They have a new addition to their family – a new baby girl.

Laiyah Love Brown was born Thursday evening and is Monica & Shannon’s first child together. An elated Shannon posted the above picture to Instagram showing off his new baby girl.

We couldn’t see much, but Tiny uploaded a snap with her Goddaughter which gave us a better look at little Laiyah.

Finally got to meet & hold my new God daughter Laiyah Shannon Brown! She is so gorgeous just as I expected! Great job & Congratulations @monicamylife& @shannonbrown26 so proud of my Lil sis?????ya!
