If you’re catching up, according to sources an argument started in the car after they left a Hollywood Hills party. At some point, Megan and her freind, Kelsey Nicole, wanted out of the chauffeur-driven vehicle.
That’s when Tory opened fire from inside the vehicle and allegedly hit Meg in the feet — twice.
