Ludacris has won primary custody of his 1-year-old daughter, Cai Bridges.

The semi-surprising news comes after the child’s mother, Tamika Fuller, testified earlier today that Ludacris bribed her for an abortion with $10,000 and a house.

Luda’s attorney, Tanya Mitchell Grahamreleased an official statement to Sandra Rose, confirming the news.

After review of all the evidence, the testimony of the witnesses, the report of the guardian ad litem, and the claims made throughout this entire case, I am gratified that the judge found me to be the most fit and proper parent to have primary physical custody of our beautiful daughter.
