Kim Zolciak-Biermann won’t be dancing her way to victory this season on Dancing With The Stars.

Just five days after she suffered a mini- stroke, Kim was forced to withdraw from the competition. Kim was able to leave the hospital and even given the ‘ok’ from doctors to dance — but the problem is that she hasn’t been cleared to fly. When Kim’s not in Los Angeles for the show, she’s home in Atlanta.

Kim told the DWTS audience via Skype that if she had lived closer to Los Angeles (like Las Vegas) she could have driven in, but Atlanta is just too far to drive.

Host Tom Bergeron reiterated the rules of the show, which clearly state: If a contestant cannot perform due to medical issues, he/she must withdraw from the competition.

To the crowd’s dismay, Tom said the lawyers would not change their minds or make an exception for Kim to return to the show.

Kim took to Twitter to thank her fans and to start a campaign to help bring her back.
