Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are rumored to be putting some of the final touches on their wedding plans — which would explain why the couple is in Paris.

They were seen leaving dinner at Ferdi restaurant in Paris on Sunday.

According to reports, their wedding might face a delay due to French law requiring that a couple must reside in the country for 40 days before being allowed to wed.

However we’re pretty sure Kanye has had an apartment there for a while. We’re sure they’ll make it happen.
