The 37-year-old reality star revealed in a Twitter Space chat on Tuesday that losing her long locks was “really a struggle for a minute.”
Kardashian — who contracted the virus in March 2020 — also said that her sense of taste and smell was “the only thing that I didn’t lose, but I had everything else — like anything else you can imagine.”
Her illness was covered on the final season of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” last year.
“I have been in my room. It’s gonna be fine, but it was really bad for a couple of days,” she said in self-recorded footage.
“I suffer from migraines, but this was the craziest headache,” she explained in a raspy voice. “I wouldn’t say it was a migraine. The coughing, my chest would burn when I would cough.”
The “Good American” co-founder explained that she was going through hot and cold flashes, vomiting and trembling, before warning fans, “Let me tell you, that s–t is real. But we’re all gonna get through this.”
Khloé has been open about her health woes including debilitating migraines.
Last month she vented on Twitter about forgetting her medication at home.
“I wish people understood how debilitating migraines can be,” she wrote. “I get so frustrated when people tell me to push through and it’s just a bad headache. if only they knew!! That feeling is torturous and indescribable.”
Meanwhile, Kardashian also shut down rumors on Tuesday that she’s been banned from the Met Gala.
