Kandi Burruss stopped by on last night’s episode of Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live (along with Fantasia).
If you’ve been keeping up with the last few episodes of the Real Housewives of Atlanta, you’ve seen Kandi’s mother, Mama Joyce, act out in ways we would never even expect a mother to act in public — let alone on national television.
Mama Joyce’s issues all stem from her disapproval of Kandi’s relationship with her fiancé (now husband?) Todd.
During WWHL, a caller asked Kandi if she thought her mother was being judgmental and disrespectful with Todd because she’s concerned with how much of Kandi’s money she’ll have access to once Kandi’s married. Kandi was visibly taken aback by the question and immediately came to her mother’s defense.
In a tearful monologue, Kandi explained why she’ll always take care of her mother financially and even revealed that Mama Joyce isn’t speaking to her right now.
