The former couple, who were together for a decade, share one son, 9-year-old David Jr. Details of their final agreement will be kept private at the request of the parents, according to E! News.

Reps didn’t immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.

In November 2017, the 37-year-old “Cats” actress filed for a restraining order against the former professional wrestler after their relationship ended because she claimed he had exhibited “aggressive, threatening and harassing behavior” toward her.

“Jennifer Hudson and David Otunga have been in the process of ending their relationship for a number of months,” Hudson’s rep told Page Six at the time. “Yesterday, Jennifer requested and received a protective order against her ex-fiancé. Jennifer’s actions are solely taken in the best interest of their son. Please respect her privacy at this time.”

Otunga, 39, denied Hudson’s allegations in a statement released via his attorney.

“Mr. Otunga has never abused or harassed Ms. Hudson or their son, and it is unfortunate … that she would feel the need to make these false allegations against him,” the statement read. “Mr. Otunga looks forward to his day in court and in being awarded the residential care of the parties’ only child.”

We’re glad this is over. They were wearing each other in out in court.
