Jen Shah‘s March arrest was captured on film for season 2 of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, and now there’s video proof.

The reality star — who has been accused of running a multi-state telemarketing scheme — can be seen revealing to her fellow cast members as they board a bus that her life just took a troubled turn.
“I have some bad news,” she tells Heather Gay in the clip. “I just got a phone call, and I need to go.”
The teaser for the season premiere then cuts to footage of federal agents showing up at Shah’s house to take her into custody.
Later on, fellow “Housewife” Lisa Barlow can be seen talking about the stunning development with the remaining “RHOSLC” cast members, including Gay, Whitney Rose and newbie Jennie Nguyen.
“How did they know she was here?” she asks. “Somebody had to have told them she was here.”
Rose also reads a headline aloud to the women: “‘Real Housewives’ star charged in massive fraud money laundering scheme.”
“I have the f–king chills,” Barlow exclaims. “Her and [assistant] Stu [Smith] were charged for stealing people’s money.”
The show even references Shah’s legal trouble in its new promotional tagline for her, which reads: “The only thing I’m guilty of is being amazing.”
Shah, 47, and Smith, 43, were cuffed for allegedly ripping off hundreds of victims in a telemarketing scam spanning over six states and almost 10 years.
Page Six reported at the time that Bravo planned to address the scandal in the new season, with a source telling us that the network knows “full well that viewers are following every detail of this case and will continue to do so as it progresses, so producers plan to follow it just as closely and use whatever footage they legally can.
“It’s rare that Bravo has a big hit like ‘RHOSLC’ on its hands right out of the gate, and the team hoped to continue that momentum when production for Season 2 began. Now, with the news of Jen’s arrest, they are sure to have even more success than they imagined,” the source added.
Shah’s trial is set for March 2022.
“The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” premieres Sunday at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
The Bravo cameras don’t miss anything.
