If these allegations are true, Mark Salling, maybe a jerk than his former character on Glee.
The 30 year old actor (who until recently, was playing high schooler Noah ‘Puck’ Puckerman on the hit Fox show) is being sued by a woman who claims that he forced sex with her–without a condom. Roxanne Gorzela is claiming that she and Mark began dating in September 2010 and in March 2011, just before Salling left for a trip to Canada, they got together for a steamy hookup and things escalated. Roxanne acknowledges she consented to having sex with Mark — but only with a condom.
The lawsuit is claiming that Mark ignored her request and proceeded to “insert his penis into [her] vagina without a condom.” And it gets worse! Roxanne claims that a month later, after Mark returned from Canada, she went to his house to confront him about her “emotional distress” and “health concerns” to find him in bed with another woman. When she demanded Mark get tested, he reportedly shoved her to the ground. She filed a police report that same day.
Mark has denied the charges and filed a defamation of character suit in response. Who do you believe?
