‘Django Unchained’ Actress Daniele Watts & Her Boyfriend Charged with ‘Lewd Conduct’ After Initially Claiming Racial Profiling

Daniele Watts and her boyfriend have been charged with ‘lewd conduct’ just one-month after initially alleging ‘racial profiling’.

After Danielle’s story went viral, it was discovered that she and her boyfriend were possibly having sex in the car — and that it wasn’t a random stop. Photos taken by onlookers corroborate the report.

They’ve both been charged with one count.

If found guilty, both Watts and her boyfriend, Brian James Lucas, could face a maximum of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine, according to Frank Mateljan, spokesman for the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office.

The verdict’s still out…but they could very well be guilty.
