Her departure from the show comes amid a bankruptcy fraud case. Back in October 2015, Abby was indicted on 20 counts of fraud after failing to claim $755,000 in income from the show when she filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

She has also been accused of sneaking $120,000 in Australian currency into the U.S.
Last June, she pleaded guilty to the charges, and is currently facing a jail sentence of 30 months or probation.
