Coupled Up: Kylie Jenner & Tyga Donate Toys to to LA Children’s Hospital [Photos]

Tyga and Kylie Jenner took a break from practicing their forbidden love to do some charity work.

After feeding the homeless on Thanksgiving last month, Kylie, 17, and Tyga, 25, rounded up a wagon full of toys and brought them to LA Children’s Hospital for the Teen Impact Holiday Party, presented by LA Gear and hosted by Tyga himself.

The couple personally handed out toys to patients and posed for photos with fans.
