Chris Brown is making headlines for the right reasons this time. Chris spent his 4th of July weekend giving back to the community.
He donated a bunch of sneakers to kids at Crenshaw High School during the “WE US: Walk Everywhere in Unity’s Shoes” event in L.A. on Saturday.
As part of his Unity campaign, Chris works with the L.A. mayor’s office and gang reduction organizations. He gave away 1,000 pairs of Reeboks to youth in Compton and Baldwin Village to remind young people that “whenever and whenever they walk, we are a united community.”
He called on Team Breezy L.A. to help him sort boxes and pass out shoes. Chris tweeted.
“Thank you for allowing me to continue to inspire change in the world. Today was a great step forward!”
That was an awesome thing of Chris to do. Check out a few more photos from the event below.
