If you plan on going to see Britney Spears in Las Vegas, you have until the end of the year to do so!
Her manager confirms that her show at Planet Hollywood is set to end in December.
The 35-year-old singer will end her “Piece of Me” show residency at The Axis at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino when her contract with Caesars Entertainment expires on Dec. 31, according to her manager, Larry Rudolph.
“We are done with this show, and our next move is undecided,” he told the Las Vegas Review-Journal on Friday.
Still, Spears, who will wrap up the residency just after the fourth anniversary of the first show, isn’t throwing in the towel on live performances — and certainly hasn’t written off sticking around in Sin City. According to Rudolph, the “Toxic” singer could potentially bring her act just about anywhere.
“We could have it at the needle on the top of the Stratosphere, and do the bungee jump afterward,” he said. “Anything is possible. We have made zero decisions. We expect a lot of interest from all parties. Britney basically sells out every show, and she loves Las Vegas, she loves performing in Vegas, and Vegas is a possibility going forward.”
Spears previously renewed her contract in 2015, and currently performs alongside the large group of other ’90s stars with Vegas residencies, including Boyz II Men, Celine Dion, Mariah Carey, Ricky Martin and the Backstreet Boys.
