Bobby Shmurda has been happy at home for a few weeks now and the list of conditions the Brooklyn rapper must abide by while on supervised release has been disclosed.

This year has been looking up already, with Bobby Shmurda free to work on music and propel himself even further as an MC after being released from prison last month.
And in order to keep building that momentum, Shmurda has a few special parole conditions that he has to follow, according to documents obtained by TMZ. Shmurda reportedly can’t drink alcohol, associate with gangs or spend time at bars. He also isn’t allowed to violate an 8 p.m. curfew, has to submit to substance abuse testing and is required to get aggression and anger counselling.
Bobby has proven that he’s one to follow the rules since being released from prison, as one of these conditions may sound familiar. Shortly after his release, a video began trending of Shmurda turning down a drink at a club, with Shmurda himself responding to it on his Instagram Stories, reminding fans that he was on parole. He was also recently seen wearing a mask in a nightclub, a move that earned him praise from fans who were pleased to see him respecting COVID-19 guidelines.
Bobby really seems to be enjoying his time now, too. Just last week, he was reintroduced to the hat he wore—or a version of the one he wore—in the “Hot Ni**a” video. Later that night he received a custom Brooklyn Nets jersey from James Harden.

Shmurda will reportedly be under parole supervision until February 23, 2026.
