Beyonce to Headline Global Citizen Festival

Beyoncé is adding another festival to her summer schedule.

In addition to headlining this year’s Made in America festival, it has just been announced that Beyoncé will take the stage for the 2015 Global Citizen Festival.

The event will take place on the Great Lawn in Central Park in New York City on Saturday, Sept. 26th. The festival coincides with the launch of the United Nations’ new Global Goals initiative designed to fight inequality, protect the planet, and end extreme poverty by the year 2030.

The best part? The tickets are totally free.
