Apollo Nida Re-Released From Prison, Back in Halfway House After Violating Parole

Apollo Nida is an almost-free man… again.

After being re-arrested last month for violating conditions of his parole, Apollo has been re-released and placed back into a halfway house.

According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star was transferred to a facility in Philadelphia.

Nida’s original release date was October 15 but prison records now indicate his release date is November 26.

Back in 2014, the reality star was sentenced to 96 months in prison after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit mail, wire and bank fraud.

As The Blast first reported, Nida was re-arrested last month after violating the terms of his parole while serving his sentence in a halfway home.

Nida had a list of rules to follow while living in the halfway home and we’re told he broke a technical requirement pertaining to the rules of his release.

The reality star was taken into custody at the Philadelphia Federal Court House and placed back into the system.

The reality star was seen with his fiancée in Philadelphia near the halfway house where he was supposed to complete the rest of his sentence.

Nida and fiancée Sherien Almufti have been together since 2017, shortly after Phaedra Parks filed for divorce from the embattled reality star. Sherien, who is a real estate agent in Philly, frequently visited Nida while in prison.

Back in March, a federal judge signed off on an order reducing Nida’s 96-month prison term down to 84 months, shaving off a full year.

Let’s see if he can stay out of jail for more than a few days this time.
