Donald Trump is certainly opinionated. At least he’s not making outrageous claims agains the President this time.
Uh-oh. There may be a new Hollywood feud brewing! Donald Trump and Andy Cohen were Jimmy Fallon’s guests on “Late Night.” Trump certainly got Cohen’s attention with some remarks he made about the career trajectory of NeNe Leakes. She’s now starring on “The New Normal.”
““I think NeNe, she was great. She was a star,” Trump said during his interview segment. “So many people, you know, they go on ‘The Apprentice‘ and look what happens.”
Was it a fun little dig because he knew Andy Cohen was coming out next? Cohen had a lot to do with putting NeNe Leakes in the spotlight on Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” well before she joined the cast of “Celebrity Apprentice.”
“Did Donald Trump just take credit for NeNe Leakes’ success? Is that what just happened?” Cohen asked later when he was on stage. “Did I hear that right?” Maybe Trump will just have to go on “Watch What Happens: Live” alongside Leakes so this can get settled once and for all. Cohen loves interesting guest mash-ups, and this one would guarantee sparks.
Donald Trump returns to NBC in 2013 with an “All-Star” edition of “Celebrity Apprentice,” featuring returning contestants. Andy Cohen can be seen Sunday through Thursday at 11 p.m. ET on Bravo. “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” airs weeknights at 12:37 a.m. ET on NBC.
