Amber Rose is catching some heat after giving some questionable financial advice to young women while discussing her new book, How to be a Bad Bitch.
She told Time magazine that woman should use their “seductive skills” to get money from their significant others.
“As women, we’re fortunate enough to use our seductive skills in order to be able to get money from our significant others. I also talk about seduction in the book. A lot of women don’t know how to seduce a man,” she says.
She continues, “It is extremely easy once you get to that point, and you can get anything you want out of them. And I know it might sound messed up, but once you get to that point, it’s not using. It’s not using a man, it’s literally getting what you want by any means necessary.”
Alright. There’s nothing wrong with financial stability within a relationship, however suggesting a woman use her body to get what she wants from a man seems a little…regressive in thought.
Naturally, people weren’t feeling Amber’s message.
@DaRealAmberRose you can't advocate using a significant other than get upset when people only identify you as "_____'s significant other"

Seducing a man for money. That's definitely a strippers mentality. Amber rose is a terrible, terrible influence to young girls

Slut walk was publicity for her weak ass book. (Or the other way around. I don't know which one happened first).

Still, Amber defended her point.
