Adele and Simon Konecki have finalized their divorce nearly two years after separating.The two waived the right to seek or obtain any spousal support. They also agreed to joint legal and physical custody of their 8-year-old son, Angelo.

Singer Adele reached a deal to settle her divorce with ex-husband Simon Konecki and will not have to pay spousal support.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Adele and Simon signed off on the agreement on March 4, 2021. Per their deal, the parties, “Each party waives the right to seek or obtain any spousal support from the other party.”
Simon also agreed to not seek support from Adele in the United Kingdom. The decision on child support for their son Angelo is being kept private.
The agreement says the county of habitual residence for their son will be the United States of America. The deal says Angelo’s last name will be Adkins, which is Adele’s last name. The split was somewhat cordial with the parties deciding to mediate the case instead of going to trial.
The documents noted, “both parties have chosen to consult with independent legal counsel throughout the mediation process and for independent legal review of any written agreement(s)‚ including this Judgment prior to its execution. Petitioner has consulted with Laura Landesman, Esq. of Wasser, Cooperman & Mandles, P.C”
In April 2019, the “Rolling In The Deep” singer announced she was splitting from her longtime husband. They were married in 2016 and share a son named Angelo (born in 2012).
Back in September 2019, Adele filed for divorce from Simon in Los Angeles Superior Court. She cited “irreconcilable differences” in the petition.
Earlier this month, a Los Angeles judge granted Adele’s request to become a single woman. They signed off on an “official divorce” which means they were both single but still had to work out the settlement issues. In court records, it showed the court also signed off on Adele’s divorce settlement.
Now that’s settled, where’s the new music Adele.
