Simon also agreed to not seek support from Adele in the United Kingdom. The decision on child support for their son Angelo is being kept private.
The agreement says the county of habitual residence for their son will be the United States of America. The deal says Angelo’s last name will be Adkins, which is Adele’s last name. The split was somewhat cordial with the parties deciding to mediate the case instead of going to trial.
The documents noted, “both parties have chosen to consult with independent legal counsel throughout the mediation process and for independent legal review of any written agreement(s)‚ including this Judgment prior to its execution.
