In court records, obtained by The Blast, Adele’s divorce settlement was finally given the green light, two months after she and Konecki submitted their agreement for a judge’s approval. Adele’s divorce was entered Thursday, but it is unclear as to specific settlement details like custody, property, child support, and spousal support.

As we previously reported, Adele filed for divorce from Simon Konecki back in September of 2019 after more than seven years as a couple. In April of 2019, Adele announced their separation and cited irreconcilable differences when she filed her divorce petition. Adele and Konecki share son Angelo, born in 2012, and we have yet to learn whether or not the ex-couple will share joint legal and physical custody, or if either parent will receive child support for their son.

Adele’s marriage was not as high-profile as some celebs, but the singer has had an enormously successful career so far, and it’s safe to assume her divorce settlement was not an easy feat. It has been reported that Adele’s divorce settlement cost her millions of dollars but we have yet to see the exact figures.

The “Rolling In the Deep” singer has had a significant transformation in the last year, losing a ton of weight and looking fabulous. Adele got back on the stage, hosting “Saturday Night Live”, and it was the first time she had been in front of a crowd since losing 100 pounds!

She took to her Instagram to announce her first hosting gig and said, “Bloooooody hellllll I’m so excited about this!! And also absolutely terrified!” The “Hello” singer has won 15 Grammys, and she seemed up for the challenge!

As soon as we get through the summer we’ll be ready for Adele to finally drop that album.
