Adele Cancels Final Tour Dates Due to Vocal Chord Damage [Photo]

Adele has canceled the remaining two dates on her world tour because she’s damaged her vocal chords.

She took to Instagram to deliver the message to fans on Friday with a full explanation. Even though she’s been on steroids and medication to help her voice, doctors have advised her not to continue with the last two shows at Wembley.

Adele’s vocal chords have a history of giving her grief. Back in 2011 she had surgery on them to remove a polyp.
