CeeLo Green Returns to Twitter, Apologizes for ‘Idiotic’ Rape Tweet

CeeLo Green has returned to Twitter and he says he’s sorry.

CeeLo has been facing intense backlash ever since tweeting his thoughts on rape and pleading no contest to furnishing a woman with ecstasy in connection with an alleged sexual assault.

He deactivated his Twitter yesterday, but it was restored sometime yesterday evening with the offending tweets removed. He has issued the following apology:
