Wendy Williams Reveals She's Lost 50 Pounds Thanks to Vegan Diet [Video]

Wendy Williams opened up during her ‘Wendy’ after-show about her 50 pound weight loss.

She attributes the loss to a combination of going vegan — and simply not eating so much.

‘I can’t say that has made me lose weight  because I was already, I had lost 50lbs in three years which I find amazing,’ said Wendy.

Wendy said she has cut meat, refined sugars, and dairy from her diet. She also doesn’t eat after dark.
