In an interview with MTV News, host Sway asked Chris Brown his thoughts on the Ray Rice domestic violence situation.
Being no stranger to domestic violence himself, Chris used it as an opportunity to share a little bit of his personal experience dealing with anger management and getting help.
He says “help is great” and that he still talks to his therapist 2x a week about handling his emotions and making better choices.
