We’re thankful the ‘twerking’ craze has died down, but we’re always here for Dame Helen Mirren.

While promoting her new film The Hundred-Foot Journey on Live with Kelly & Michael, she was reminded of an event last month where she received the Harvard’s Hasty Pudding Woman Of The Year award. At the event, she was asked to twerk — and she did!

After playing the clip on the show, Michael Strahan challenged the 69-year-old to an impromptu ‘twerk-off’ and well, watch it all go down below.
