VH1’s ‘Hip Hop Honors’ ceremony is making a comeback in a big way!
After being on a 6-year hiatus, the show will return live from NYC on Monday, July 11, at 9pm. According to the press release, this year’s ceremony will “pay homage to the female pioneers, trailblazers, and trend-setters who lead a movement and infiltrated the ranks of the male-dominated genre to make their voices heard and still do today.”
Queen Latifah and Mona Scott-Young are serving as the show’s executive producers.
