Minutes after surveillance video was released showing individuals involved in the alleged attack against Jussie Smollett was released, Chicago Police Department spokesperson announced that Jussie is officially listed as a suspect in a criminal investigation for filing a false report.
Update: Jussie has officially been indicted for felony disorderly conduct for filing a false police report.
