Travis Scott’s Cacti Seltzer Brand Discontinued by Anheuser-Busch

Anheuser-Busch has decided to pull its Travis Scott-branded hard seltzer from shelves in the wake of the Astroworld music festival tragedy, the company announced.

via NYP:

“After careful evaluation, we have decided to stop all production and brand development of CACTI Agave Spiked Seltzer. We believe brand fans will understand and respect this decision.” the beverage giant said in a statement Friday, TMZ reported.

Reps for the “Sicko Mode” rapper sought to tamp down speculation that the decision was prompted by the ill-fated concert, saying that he was “not focused on business right now.”

“His priority is helping his community and fans heal. CACTI asked AB InBev to inform their wholesalers there will not be product at this time,” they said.

Ten people died and hundreds more were injured in the terrifying crowd surge at Scott’s Nov. 5 concert in Houston.

Now, THAT is a major bag lost. We guess that Charlamagne interview didn’t help.
