‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star Porsha Williams took to Instagram today to share her journey towards a new nose — courtesy of cosmetic surgeon Simon Ourian.
With the help of dermal fillers, Porsha’s nose is now more defined with a straighter bridge.
