Terrence Howard Wins Spousal Support Battle Against Second Wife, Judge Rules He Signed Divorce Agreement Under Duress

Terrence Howard secured a major victory in court today.

After weeks of battling his second wife Michelle Ghent over spousal support, a judge overturned their original divorce settlement, ruling that Terrence signed the agreement under duress.

If you recall, Terrence argued in court that he was forced to sign the agreement due to threats that Michelle would leak his nude photos and videos online if he decided otherwise.

Michelle originally took Terrence to court because she felt that $5,800 a month wasn’t enough in spousal support, especially given the recent success of Empire.

Thanks to the judge’s decision, Michelle and Terrence will now have to negotiate a new financial agreement.
