Kanye West hit up Khloé Kardashian’s birthday party at Blind Dragon on Sunday night — and we can’t remember the last time we’ve seen Kanye smile this much out in public.
Cameras caught him outside of the venue trying to direct some of his friends inside. While waiting, he joked with the paparazzi and smiled for a few photos.
