Shocking! Nine Injured As Ceiling Collapses at a Popular Chinese Tourist Destination [Video]

At least nine tourists were injured after part of a ceiling collapsed at a popular tourist spot in Huayin City, northwest of China’s Shaanxi Province.

The incident happened inside the Huashan Mountain tourist center as people made their way down an escalator.

Emergency workers attended the scene to recover those buried under the debris.

While it was reported that no one was seriously injured, people were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

It’s unclear what caused the incident, but authorities are investigating.
