Say What Now? Someone Flew a ‘Blue Lives Matter’ Banner Over Beyoncé’s ‘Formation World Tour’ Venue in Tampa [Photo]

Tampa Bay police (or someone associated with them) still can’t get over the anti-police brutality message in Beyoncé’s ‘Formation’ video that dropped back in February.

In fact, they’re so upset that they spent real money to fly a ‘#BlueLivesMatter’ banner over Raymond James stadium yesterday where Beyoncé performed.
