Danita Michaux decided to bully her son’s ex-girlfriend by posting a naked picture of her online — taken when the girl was 12, according to authorities.
The girl had taken the picture in 2013 and sent it to Danita Michaux’s son, according to the Pennsylvania State Police. The picture shows the girl from the waist up.
The girl was 12 at the time and the boy was 11 or 12, according to the complaint obtained by WTAE.
Michaux, a 40-year-old Brownsville resident, posted the picture on Facebook after her son and the girl split up, cops say. The girl’s aunt was also harassed on Facebook by Michaux in December, according to state police.
“The results of a search warrant for the Facebook account of Danita Nicole Michaux were received, reviewed, and contained the harassing communication including the photograph of (the 12-year-old girl) in full frontal nudity from the waist up, and disparaging remarks about the victim sexuality,” read the complaint obtained by WTAE.
The photograph was received via Facebook by Michaux and “forwarded via Facebook to (the girl’s aunt),” read the complaint.
State police have issued an arrest warrant for Michaux, who was hit with multiple charges, including felony dissemination of child sex acts, child pornography and cyber harassment of a child.
