Prince William directly addressed the media while visiting a school in London on Tuesday and he wants you to know his family is NOT racist, despite what his brother Harry told the entire world earlier this week.
When asked straight-up by a reporter if the Royals were a racist family, he responded with “We are very much not a racist family.”
Did anyone honestly expect him to say otherwise? Racists never say they’re racist.
William’s response comes after Harry and Meghan Markle sat down with Oprah Winfrey and revealed that someone from the family was concerned about the color of Archie’s skin.
Harry came out and cleared the Queen or Prince Philip, saying they didn’t make the comments — so that leaves William and or his dad, Charles, as suspects.
Watch William’s response below.
“We are very much not a racist family,” Prince William told reporters during a visit to a school in Stratford, London.
When asked if he had spoken to Prince Harry after the Oprah interview, he added, “No, I haven’t spoken to him yet, but I will do.”pic.twitter.com/MjTOeH7u6Z
