There’s no bad blood between Nicki Minaj and Taylor Swift.

Nicki stopped by Good Morning America Friday morning for its free annual Summer Concert Series, and while there, she addressed her highly publicized Twitter spat with pop music titan Taylor Swift.

“First of all, I spoke to Taylor Swift yesterday on the phone. Um, so she was, you know, she was super super sweet, and she apologized. She said, ‘Look, I didn’t understand the big picture of what you were saying, but now I get it.’ So, we’re all good.”

In a moment that induced wild cheering from the audience, Nicki described what she felt was “funny business” with Anaconda not being nominated for MTV’s top prize at this year’s Video Music Awards.

“Well, you know, ‘Anaconda’ just had such a huge cultural impact, and on top of that, we broke the Vevo record. […] Therefore, ‘Anaconda’ should have been nominated. I do think if it was one of the pop girls, it would’ve had many nominations.”

Later in the interview, Nicki revealed that she and Taylor talked on the phone for hours and even hinted at the two potentially working together.
