Not only did Missy Elliott drop new song “I’m Better” and an accompanying video this week, but the rapper also announced a new documentary.

The untitled documentary trailer features the likes of Pharrell, Busta Rhymes and more music industry titans recalling Elliott’s rise to fame with the release of her first album “Supa Dupa Fly” to her most recent, 2005’s “The Cookbook.” Elliott has also produced for what seems like every star in the game, from the late Aaliyah to Mariah Carey to Whitney Houston.

It’s never just a record for me,” Elliott says in the 90-second clip. “It’s never just making a hot record. I can do that in my sleep. But visually I have to see what I’m going to do with that record when I perform it.”

With hits like “Pass That Dutch,” “Lose Control,” “Work It” and “1, 2 Step” Elliott has carved out a place for herself in the often male-dominated rap and hip-hop industry. But Elliott was flying low during the decade after releasing her 2005 record.

That all changed at the Super Bowl XLIX halftime show in 2015 when she appeared with Katy Perry, performing a medley of “Get Ur Freak On,” “Work It” and “Lose Control.” The only other song Elliott has released recently was “WTF (Where They From)” in November 2015.

Peep the trailer below. We can’t wait to see it!
