‘Love & Hip Hop’ Star Masika Kalysha FIRED By TV Show ‘Double Cross’ After OnlyFans Kidnapping Stunt [Video]

Masika Kalysha’s desperation for an OnlyFans bag has cost her another one.

The former reality star has been FIRED from the series ‘Double Cross’ after she role-played her own kidnapping while on the set of the show.

via The Blast:

We’re told immediately following Masika’s video being published on Instagram the creator of the show, Christel Gibson, starting getting bombarded with calls from people outside the set describing what had just occurred.

As we reported, Masika posted a video of a fake kidnapping where she cried and begged her followers to join her OnlyFans account and ‘tip’ her so that the kidnappers could take the money and let her go.

Turns out it was all fake, and Masika claimed she did it to get everyone’s attention and raise money for sex trafficking. But, the stunt did not sit well with executives from UMC, the streaming service who airs the series.

At that point, we’re told producers from the show and UMC executives spoke to Masika’s representatives and requested she publically apologize for such an offensive stunt.

We’re told Maskia refused and claimed she was holding her ground believing that the kidnapping video was something good that raised awareness to the cause.

After extensive discussion, the ‘Double Cross’ creator decided she wanted to part ways with Masika and immediately remove her from the television show.

It should be noted, the television show tackles the very same topic and features twin siblings who fight the sex trafficking of young girls. Masika was recently cast for season two to play the character, Imani.

Masika was then fired from the show.

The show put out a statement. It reads:

“In light of the offensive video posted by Masika Kalysha while on the set of our series, “Double Cross,” we’ve made the decision to part ways with her immediately and will be recasting her role. “Double Cross” was created to shed light on the horrors of sex trafficking and we strongly condemn any inclination that such a serious issue should be made light of.”

Welp. So much for that!
